The SFFS Masterclass Series event, held on March 5, 2025, was a stellar success, with a great turnout of students, faculty, & staff. This special two-part masterclass featured Oscar-winning cinematographer Lol Crawley and Oscar-winning editor Lisa Fruchtman.

Lol Crawley discussed his work on films like The Brutalist (2024), White Noise (2022), and 45 Years (2015), while Lisa Fruchtman spoke about her iconic editing work on The Godfather Part II (1974), Apocalypse Now (1978), and The Right Stuff (1983). Both shared valuable insights into their creative processes and journeys in the film industry.

The event was well-received, with students engaging in lively discussions and gaining invaluable knowledge from two of the industry’s most respected figures. We are grateful to Lol and Lisa for making this masterclass a memorable experience for our students.
